Main characteristics of boron nitride powder
Hexagonal boron nitride H-BN
-graphite-like layered structure, low friction coefficient (0.2~0.4), and still maintain lubrication performance at high temperature.
-The melting point is about 3000℃, and it can be used stably above 1000℃ (up to 2800℃ in inert atmosphere).
-Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion (except strongly oxidizing acids), and does not wet most metal melts (such as aluminum and copper).
-High resistivity (> 10¹⁴ Ω·cm) and high dielectric strength, suitable for high-temperature insulation environment.
High thermal conductivity (30 ~ 60 W/m k) and anisotropic (better thermal conductivity along the layer direction).
-The low density is about 2.27 g/cm³, and the advantage of light weight is obvious.
