Colored industrial yttrium-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) powder, while maintaining high strength and toughness, exhibits stable color and is commonly used in high-end structural and decorative ceramics.
Model: 3Y-TZP (Colored)
Form: Dry powder (D50≈0.3 μm) or granulated powder (D50≈60 μm). Granulated powder is suitable for dry pressing/isostatic pressing.
Packaging: 25kg/drum (lined with a plastic bag), sealed and moisture-proof, store in a cool, dry place.
Colored yttrium-stabilized zirconia powder (commonly known as colored 3Y-TZP)
ZrO2 (approx. 91–95%) + Y2O3 (3mol%, approx. 5–8%) + rare earth oxide colorants (such as Pr6O11, CeO2, etc.).
Purity: Industrial grade ≥99.0%, high-end electronic/medical grade can reach over 99.9%.
Crystal form: Room temperature stable tetragonal phase (TZP), some colored transparent ceramics are cubic phase.
